
NASP Logo Redesign
In 2021, I worked collaboratively with a volunteer marketing team to help the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy redesign its logo and brand look. Through 2021 we went through multiple rounds of design, review, and critique to develop an entirely new brand book. The new logo debuted at NASP’s annual meeting in late 2022.
Using the feedback given from the NASP executive committee and the team of volunteer marketers, the designer leading the program and myself both worked on developing the new logo. We had very different ideas and unique design concepts, but ultimately the idea of a “firework” won out with the committee. The design represents not only the light/knowledge that NASP puts out to the professional community at large, but also resembles people coming together - a sort of symbolic visual of their annual meeting.
A Collaborative Effort
The final design was revealed at the 2022 NASP Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida, to great acclaim. NASP members commented that the new logo looks fresh, exciting and innovative, and that it embodies what NASP represents well.
